Double-hand Poker is a current game with ancient origins. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the far east with the wild west in an awesome game for starting players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the croupier, not like most other poker games that players bet against other players. By wagering against the dealer, starting players do not have to fret about any other, more experienced gamblers taking their mulla.
A further Pai Gow advantage is the fairly leisurely game pace, novices should be able to take their time and scheme without having to make hasty selections.
It is also simpler to enjoy for an extended time with just a small bit of cash after all, to not win, both of your hands must be under both of the casino’s hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and one joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the dealer is given seven cards face down.
One five card hand and one 2 card hand need to be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand must be higher than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be higher than the houses.
