Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Founded on the old Chinese tile game and the modern American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker bands together the eastern with the western in an excellent game for beginning level gamblers.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the casino, not like nearly all other poker games that players wager with other gamblers. By competing against the dealer, starting players do not have to worry about other, more knowledgeable gamblers taking their mulla.
A further Pai Gow benefit is the generally leisurely game play, beginners are able to take their time and scheme without having to make frenzied choices.
It’s also simpler to gamble on for an extended time with just a small bit of money since, to lose, each of your hands needs to be under both of the houses hands.
Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card common deck and one joker. The player is assigned 7 cards faces showing and the croupier is dealt 7 cards faces hidden.
A 5 card hand and one 2 card hand need to be made from the 7 cards dealt, the five card hand has to be stronger than the two card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the dealer’s.
