Holdem Poker – Web Type Card Rooms In Traditional Betting Houses – Like Betting onTexas Hold em on the Web
Have you noticed the new PokerPro texas holdem poker tables? The first time I saw the PokerPro tables was about two weeks ago when I took a short trip with my mom to the WinStar Gambling house in Oklahoma.
As I waited for my name to be summoned at the live tables, I noticed how the other individuals around the PokerPro tables interface with one another. It was pretty fascinating to say the very least. Since the poker table was controlled by a computer, there had been no poker chips to do any chip tips, no cards to shuffle and the actual live encounter was stale. Perhaps I was the only one that spotted this, except I did notice the players in the table had a lifeless high quality to them. The cause of this may well be because there was no human discussion with the dealer, the environment was rather dull and the gamblers looked bored to death. It was nearly as if I was seeing a live variant of a web-based texas hold em poker room instead of being seated with warm blooded humans. It was a little bit bizarre and I kept flashing back to a show of Star trek and the holodeck malfunctioned.
Since the waiting time for the reside tables for more than an hour, I decided to see how the game play was and to experience this new holdem poker gaming technology. Following betting a couple of hands, I definitely felt like I was betting at house. The lack of activity on the table was the main reason. I like to stack and shuffle my chips, and mix my cards around. None of those items are possible at these computer tables.
One more thing I observed was how the computer dealt the flop, turn and river cards. I bet a whole lot of hands at the PokerPro table and discovered that the wager on was a good deal like a web based hold’em poker website. That might have been just a coincidence, except I found it to become very odd.
Soon after wagering a couple of rounds with this "new holdem poker technology", I determined that the PokerPro tables were not for me. I’m far better off wagering hold’em poker on the net at residence and not travel the distance. If WinStar Gambling den had been to acquire rid of the live poker tables, I think they’d shed a good deal of gamblers.
